Your message is on its way. We'll review your request and get back to you with the next steps for your home project.
Welcome to Inspired Living Upgrade. These Terms & Conditions explain the general rules that apply when you visit our website, request information, schedule a consultation, or engage us for home renovation, repair, design, or related services. We have written these terms in straightforward language so you can understand how our service relationship works before moving forward. Using our website or proceeding with a service request means you acknowledge these terms, together with any project-specific agreement, estimate, proposal, or written scope that applies to your particular project.
Inspired Living Upgrade provides home renovation, repair, remodeling, design coordination, maintenance, improvement, and related residential services across the USA, depending on service availability and local requirements. The exact services available at a particular property may depend on its location, condition, project complexity, permitting requirements, and the professionals available for the requested work. A website description is intended as general information and does not automatically create a promise that every service is available in every location. Where appropriate, work may be performed by our own personnel or by qualified, vetted professionals engaged to support a project. The specific scope, responsibilities, materials, timing, and applicable pricing will be identified in the written project documents provided to you.
Initial conversations, site visits, design discussions, and estimates help us understand what you would like to accomplish. Unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise, an estimate is not a guarantee of final project cost. Pricing may be affected by measurements, material selections, site conditions, labor requirements, permit requirements, availability, and information that becomes known after an inspection or after work begins. Before substantial work starts, the agreed scope should be documented in writing. If you request work that is outside the original scope, we may provide a written change order or updated authorization describing the additional work and associated cost before proceeding.
We make reasonable efforts to organize projects according to the schedule discussed with you, but construction and home improvement work can involve circumstances that are not completely predictable. Material shortages, supplier delays, permit processing, inspections, weather, concealed property conditions, subcontractor availability, or other circumstances may affect planned dates. When a significant scheduling change occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the situation and coordinate a revised plan. You are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property during agreed working hours and for notifying us in advance about access restrictions, building rules, alarms, parking limitations, or other conditions that could affect the project.
Payment requirements will be based on the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or written service agreement. Deposits, milestone payments, balances, or other charges are due according to the schedule communicated for your project. Material selections should be confirmed promptly because changes can affect both pricing and timing. If a selected product becomes unavailable, discontinued, delayed, or otherwise unsuitable, we may discuss reasonable alternatives with you before making a substitution that materially changes the agreed scope. Additional services or client-requested changes may result in additional charges and schedule adjustments. You agree to review invoices and project documentation in a timely manner and raise questions as soon as possible.
You play an important role in keeping a home project organized. Please provide accurate information about the property, intended improvements, known defects, previous repairs, utility locations, access limitations, and any conditions you believe could affect the work. You should remove or protect valuable personal belongings from active work areas and follow reasonable instructions concerning pets, children, household access, and safety. If you are aware of potentially hazardous materials or unusual property conditions, including suspected asbestos, lead-based materials, structural concerns, hidden water damage, or unusual electrical or plumbing conditions, please tell us before work begins. Delays or additional work resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable information may require an adjustment to the project scope or schedule.
We aim to deliver work consistent with the agreed project scope and ordinary professional standards applicable to the services being performed. Warranty coverage, where offered, will be governed by the applicable written project documents. Certain products, appliances, fixtures, equipment, or materials may carry separate manufacturer warranties, and those warranties may have their own registration requirements, exclusions, limitations, or claim procedures. Warranty coverage generally does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations, ordinary wear, accidents, improper maintenance, or work performed by unrelated third parties. Existing structures can contain conditions that are not visible during an initial assessment. When concealed conditions are discovered, additional investigation, repair, or authorization may be necessary before the affected portion of work can continue.
Home improvement projects may involve tools, equipment, construction materials, temporary access restrictions, dust, noise, electrical systems, plumbing, structural components, and other ordinary job-site risks. We take reasonable steps to maintain an orderly work area, but clients should follow site instructions and keep unauthorized people away from active work zones. Some projects may also require independent professionals, suppliers, inspectors, designers, engineers, permit authorities, or other third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms and responsibilities. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inspired Living Upgrade is not responsible for losses arising from pre-existing property conditions, inaccurate information supplied by a client, unauthorized modifications, third-party actions, ordinary deterioration, or events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, governmental delays, supply interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your privacy matters to us, and we want you to understand what happens to information you share with Inspired Living Upgrade. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may receive when you browse our website, contact us, request a consultation, discuss a home project, or subscribe to communications. We use information for practical business purposes such as responding to you, organizing requested services, communicating about projects, and improving our website. We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you contact us, submit an inquiry, request an estimate, schedule a conversation, or otherwise communicate with our team. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, property or project information, preferred appointment times, and the details you decide to include in a message. Project information can include descriptions of renovation goals, room information, service preferences, measurements, photographs, scheduling notes, material interests, or other details necessary to understand your request. If you choose to join our newsletter or another optional communication program, we may also collect your date of birth where you provide it for the specific purpose described at registration.
When you work with us, additional information may be generated through ordinary project communications. This can include estimates, proposals, appointment details, change requests, service notes, questions, correspondence, invoices, project decisions, and records of conversations with our team. We use these records to maintain an accurate understanding of what you have requested and to coordinate the services you ask us to provide. You should avoid submitting sensitive information that is unrelated to your inquiry. If information is necessary for a particular service and you choose to provide it, we will handle it according to this policy and the applicable project requirements.
We use collected information for legitimate business and service purposes. This includes responding to questions, arranging consultations, preparing or discussing estimates, coordinating appointments, communicating about project progress, confirming decisions, handling requested administrative activities, and providing customer support. We may also use information to understand which services visitors are interested in, improve website content, maintain our communication systems, prevent misuse, troubleshoot technical issues, and keep appropriate business records. If you specifically request promotional information or relevant offers, we may use your contact details for that purpose until you choose to opt out. We do not use your information for unrelated purposes simply because we have access to it.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we may use the contact information you provide to send the communications you requested. These messages may include home improvement information, company updates, service announcements, project-related inspiration, or occasional offers. Any optional information collected during newsletter registration will be used for the purpose explained when you provide it. You can unsubscribe from promotional email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option included in the message or by contacting us directly. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily stop important service-related messages concerning an active inquiry or project.
Inspired Living Upgrade does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for another company's independent advertising or marketing purposes. We do not provide customer contact lists to advertisers in exchange for payment. We may use information internally and may disclose limited information to service providers that help us operate our business, but those disclosures are intended to support legitimate functions rather than create a separate commercial profile about you. We also take reasonable steps to limit the information shared with outside providers to what is appropriate for the service they are performing.
We may rely on trusted third-party providers for functions such as email delivery, telephone communications, appointment scheduling, website hosting, analytics, document management, customer support, payment administration, or other operational needs. Depending on the service involved, these providers may process information on our behalf. We expect providers handling personal information to use reasonable safeguards and to process information only as necessary for their assigned business function. Some providers may have their own privacy policies and terms, and their handling of information may also be governed by those policies. We do not authorize service providers to use your information for purposes unrelated to the services they provide to us unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
When you visit our website, certain basic technical information may be collected automatically. Depending on the tools operating on the website, this can include browser type, device information, general visit activity, pages viewed, approximate usage patterns, referring pages, and technical information used to keep the website functioning. We may use cookies or similar technologies to remember preferences, understand website traffic, measure the usefulness of pages, and identify technical problems. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect some preferences or analytics functions, but basic website browsing should generally remain available.
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, inappropriate disclosure, accidental loss, alteration, or misuse. Access to information may be limited to team members and service providers who need it for legitimate business purposes. Information transmitted through our website may be protected using standard encryption technologies where supported by the website and hosting environment. No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so while we work to protect information responsibly, we cannot promise absolute security against every possible threat.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, administer requested services, maintain project records, satisfy legitimate business needs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet accounting or legal obligations, or support other purposes described in this policy. Retention periods can differ depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete it, anonymize it, or securely dispose of it according to our normal record-management practices. Some information may remain in backups or records for a limited period after deletion while those systems are routinely updated.
You may contact us to ask what personal information we maintain about you, request reasonable corrections to inaccurate information, or ask that information be deleted where deletion is appropriate and legally available. You may also request to stop receiving optional marketing communications. Some information may need to be retained when required for legal, contractual, accounting, security, or legitimate business purposes. When evaluating a privacy request, we may need enough information to confirm that the request relates to the appropriate individual and to prevent unauthorized access to another person's information.
Our website and home services are intended for adults and homeowners or other individuals acting with appropriate authority. We do not knowingly seek or intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has submitted personal information to us, they may contact us and request that the information be reviewed and, where appropriate, deleted. We will take reasonable steps to address verified requests involving information that we are not required to retain for legitimate legal or business purposes.
We may revise this Privacy Policy when our services, website features, information practices, technology, or legal obligations change. When we update the policy, the revised version will be posted on this page along with an updated effective or revision date where appropriate. We encourage you to review the policy periodically so you remain aware of how information is handled. If a change is significant and applicable law requires additional notice, we will use an appropriate method to communicate that change. Continued use of the website after an updated policy is posted may indicate your acknowledgment of the revised practices.
